You have two options to choose from. SIMPLE JAPAN is suited for first-time visitors to Japan. FLEX JAPAN is for those who have been to Japan before.
- SIMPLE JAPAN includes a round-trip ticket and a transfer in Tokyo.
- FLEX JAPAN includes a round-trip ticket and a 7-day Japan Rail Pass (ordinary/2nd class) for unlimited train rides on JR lines.

SPECIAL JAPAN DOMESTIC TICKETS
Although Japan is a relative small country, so travelling on trains are most convenient and efficient. However, flying sometimes makes more sense, particularly when you travel long distance (i.e. Tokyo-Sapporo, Hokkaido).

GENERAL INFORMATION, TERMS & CONDITIONS
Responsibilities
- Kintetsu International Express (Canada) Inc. (herein after expressed as the Company) gives notice that all tickets and coupons issued by the Company and/or its associates, and all arrangements for transport or conveyance or hotel accommodations are made by the Company as agent upon the expressed conditions that the Company shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity, which may be occasioned either by reason or by defect in any vehicle, or through the act or default of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger, or in carrying out arrangements of the tour, or otherwise in connection therewith, or of any hotel proprietor or servant.
- The company accepts no responsibility for any losses, additional expense, distress, disappointments or frustrations, whether physical or mental, resulting from delays due to mechanical breakdowns, changes in flight or other services, government refusal to issue you a visa, your failure to obtain relevant advice from your travel agent, your health problems or your disabilities existing prior to, arising during or as a result of your travel, weather, strikes, force major quarantine or other causes or acts of God, The Company also reserves the right to cancel the tour prior to departure, In such case, full refund of all payments will constitute full settlement with the passenger. The company reserved the right to adjust Canadian Dollar prices without notice, to reflect fluctuations in the Foreign Exchange Markets.
Passport and Visa
All tour participants require valid passports when travelling abroad. Possession of correct travel documents is your own responsibility. In the event you do not obtain the required documentation, you will be denied boarding by the air carrier or refused entry into the country of destination. No refund will be made under such circumstances.
Reservations, Deposits and Final Payments
A deposit of $100.00 per person is required as soon as your flights are confirmed. Final payment is due within 3 days of making reservations. If reservations are made within 3 days of departure require a full payments at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
- Between deposit and final payment: Deposit is non-refundable
- Once final payment is paid: $350.00 cancellation penalty
Travel Insurance
