RATES
All rates are inclusive of tax and service charge. The rates are per person based in Japanese Yen. We post CA$ prices for your convenience, but these rates are subject to change without notice.

PAYMENT
Initial Deposit - 20% of total tour costs 30 days prior to departure
Balance Due - At least 14 days prior to departure

CANCELLATION POLICY
30 days or more days prior to departure - $25 per booking
Within 25 days to 10 days prior to departure - 25% of the tour cost
Within 9 days to 5 days prior - 50% of the tour cost
within 4 days prior - 100% of the tour cost

VALIDITY
Rates are valid until December 31, 2009, but subject to change without notice.

ACCOMMODATION
Hotel rooms are based on the standard category type unless specified otherwise.

COURIER & GUIDE SERVICE
Courier and guide services for transportation are NOT included in the package. For the optional tours from Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka, English-speaking guide services will be provided.

LIABILITY
Kintetsu International Express and its associated companies are/or agents act only in the capacity of agent for the passenger and shall not be responsible or liable for any injury, damage, loss or delay to the property of person, or expense of whatever kind arising from the use of any accommodation, conveyances or services from sickness, fire, weather, natural calamities, strikes, government restrictions, laws and regulations or howsoever caused. Any losses or additional expenses resulting from the above contingencies shall be borne by the passenger, we reserve the right to change any part of the itinerary without notice. Other matters will follow by a stipulation registered with the Japanese Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.
