On the one hand, Kintetsu International Express (Canada) Inc. intends to increase the number of visitors from Japan to Canada through its parent company, Kinki Nippon Tourist Co., Ltd. (KNT). In this regard, we arrange Japanese visitors' accommodation, transportation, meals, tour guides, and other needs, so that their mission in Canada will go smoothly. KNT is the leading travel organization in Japan, with its annual sales exceeding 800 billion yen, its overseas travellers growing to over 1 million. More than 7,000 staff of approximately 270 KNT branches located nationwide handle the planning and sales of global travel in Japan.

On the other hand, Kintetsu International Express (Canada) Inc., with its main operation in the Toronto area, serves Canadian and Japanese clients by planning and selling package and group tours, arranging airline tickets and Japan Rail passes, etc. Our goal is to encourage a maximum number of Canadian people to increase their knowledge of Japan.

BUSINESS ACTIVITIES

1. MARKETING AND PROMOTING CANADIAN TOURS TO THE JAPANESE MARKET
We provide Kinki Nippon Tourist Co., Ltd. (KNT), our parent company in Japan, with Canadian travel information, and offer attractive tour plans. KNT promotes these throughout Japan using their nationwide operation network, enabling us to participate in promoting Canadian tourism to the Japan's overseas travel market.

2. LOOKING AFTER INBOUND TOURISTS FROM JAPAN (INBOUND OPERATIONS)
We make comprehensive arrangements for Japanese tourists sent by KNT. During their stay in Canada, we organize hotel accommodations, restaurants, transportation, Japanese tour guides, etc. All of these arrangements are made through our worldwide communication network connecting KNT and its subsidiary KIE offices.

3. LOOKING AFTER OUTBOUND TOURISTS FROM CANADA (OUTBOUND OPERATIONS)
We provide comprehensive services to the Japanese or Japan related business communities in the Toronto area, issuing airline tickets, providing package tours, planning incentive tours, and other travel related services.

4. COOPERATING WITH AND SUPPORTING CANADIAN TOURISM AUTHORITIES
On the one hand, we offer Japanese overseas travel information to Canadian tourism authorities, such as Canadian tourism organizations, hotels and bus companies etc. We also provide appropriate advice on the type of hospitality most appreciated by Japanese tourists.
